Ultherapy

NON-SURGICAL NECK & FACE LIFT

Surgical precision achieved in a non-invasive treatment at The Lip Loft.

Ultherapy

Ultherapy is the only FDA-cleared, non-invasive procedure that lifts the neck, chin, and brow, and improves lines and wrinkles on the upper chest.

Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound therapy to deliver a revitalizing collagen-boosting treatment that lifts and tightens the skin naturally.

It remodels collagen and stimulates tissue across the face, neck, and brow area, as well as the décolletage. Ultherapy incorporates traditional ultrasound imaging, which allows practitioners to see the layers of tissue they are treating. This allows our practitioners to treat precise areas where they will reap the greatest benefits.

Treatment Areas

  • Brow Lift

  • Upper Face

  • Lower Face

  • Lip Lines

  • Full Face

  • Neck

  • Submental (Double Chin)

  • Décolletage (Chest)

*Any of the above areas can be combined in the same treatment session
at reduced prices.

FREQUENCY OF TREATMENTRepeat treatment is recommended every 2 years or less depending on individual needs.

*PLEASE NOTEThe majority of patients only need one treatment; however, some may benefit from more than one treatment, depending on how much skin laxity they have and their body’s own biological response to the ultrasound and the collagen-building process.

  • Ultherapy treatment is designed to send micro-focused Ultrasound waves deep in the skin that is proven to deliver a non-invasive lift to these key areas;

    • Upper Face - Upper cheeks, forehead and brows

    • Lower Face - Upper cheeks, jawline, chin, and jowls

    • Neck -Under chin down to upper chest

    • Décolletage -lifts the area, reduces fine lines, and enhances skin quality

*Any of the above areas can be combined in the same treatment session at reduced prices

  • Ultherapy works by the unique Ulthera equipment delivering ultrasound energy/temperature to depths, precision, and optimal lower parts of the skin tissue that cannot be achieved with lasers, radiofrequency equipment, and other available devices.

The Ultrasound is delivered deep into the skin and muscle layers of the tissue where only surgery could reach to attain such a lifting result.

The ultrasound energy initiates the body’s natural response to stimulate the growth of fresh, new collagen and strengthen weak collagen. The Ultherapy treatment is the only non-invasive treatment approved to lift skin on the face, neck, chin by the FDA.

    • Non-invasive treatment

    • No downtime

    • Building of your deep collagen

    • Natural Results

    • One treatment

    • Safety of Ultrasound

Some patients do see an initial effect directly after their treatment, but the collagen does take time to build and results can be seen gradually over a 2-3 month period and will result in positive lifting, tightening, and smoothing of the skin on the treated areas.

As this is also your own collagen being built the results will always look natural and unlike the “facelift” look that can sometimes occur with surgery.

  • The treatment program consists of one single treatment.

The length of the treatment will vary depending upon the areas to be treated 60-90 minutes for face and neck, where just décolletage approximately 30 minutes.

As the ultrasound is delivered to the precise areas and depth you will feel tiny amounts of energy being delivered. These comfort levels vary from person to person, but the tingling sensation only lasts while the Ultrasound energy is being delivered and vibration distraction is offered.

  • After your treatment, you can return to normal daily activities, without having to follow any post-treatment measures.

You may see some results straight after treatment, generally, results occur over a 2-3 month period

You may experience some redness for a few hours after treatment, this will be temporary for this period

Not also uncommon to experience slight swelling over a few days again this will be mild and temporary.

 Common Questions

  • Ultherapy is the only non-invasive treatment cleared by the FDA for lifting the skin on the neck, chin, and brow, and improving lines and wrinkles on the décolletage. Ultherapy uses micro-focused ultrasound to lift and tighten loose skin over time, without any downtime.

  • Ultherapy is a proven treatment with a well-established safety profile. It is currently marketed worldwide in more than 75 countries, with over 1.5 million treatments performed globally to date. In addition, ultrasound energy has a proven track record, with use in the field of medicine for more than 50 years.

  • Collagen is a natural protein that gives skin its youthfulness by keeping it firm and toned. As we age, collagen breaks down, and the result is a loss of skin strength and elasticity. Ultherapy uses micro-focused ultrasound to generate a thermal affect under the skin. The thermal effect essentially jump-starts your body’s own process that produces fresh, new collagen.

  • Unlike lasers, radiofrequency, surgery, and other technologies, Ultherapy is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses proven ultrasound technology to stimulate the formation of new collagen deep below the skin’s surface. Ultherapy is the only procedure to use ultrasound imaging to see the layers of tissue targeted during the treatment and ensure the energy is deposited where it will be most beneficial.

There is no downtime associated with Ultherapy. After your treatment, you can resume your normal activities.

  • Ultherapy treats the deep foundational layer addressed in cosmetic surgery, but won’t duplicate the results of a surgical facelift. Ultherapy is a great alternative, however, especially for those not ready for surgery.

  • As the only non-invasive procedure FDA-cleared to lift skin on the neck, Ultherapy is designed to treat “turkey neck,” one of the common signs of aging skin. Ultherapy can help you achieve a fresher look without surgery or downtime.

  • Decollete is the term used in reference to a woman’s upper chest area that is visible when wearing low-cut necklines of clothing. It’s one of the areas that show signs of aging first, along with the face and neck. Ultherapy is the only treatment FDA-cleared to improve lines and wrinkles in that area.

  • Ultherapy uses sound energy—tried-and-true ultrasound—which has unique properties that allow it to bypass the surface of the skin to treat depths not matched by any other non-invasive cosmetic device. Ultherapy ultrasound stimulates collagen production in the skin’s foundation, resulting in a clinically significant lift of tissue over two to three months. Some lasers rely on light energy, which cannot reach deeper skin layers. Typically, laser treatments also only treat superficial skin and are not FDA-cleared to lift skin.

  • Since the procedure stimulates a person’s own collagen production, how long the results last depends on the individual. While results appear over two to three months, they can last up to a year or more. The treatment produces new collagen on the inside, but the individual’s natural aging process will dictate how long that translates into visible results on the outside. Future touch-up treatments can help provide more control over the aging process, which varies by individual.

  • As the ultrasound energy is delivered, you may feel tiny amounts of energy being deposited to precise depths, stimulating the collagen-building process. With the newly designed hand piece, most people find this treatment very tolerable. Although comfort levels vary from person to person, The sensation only lasts while the ultrasound energy is being delivered and vibration distraction is offered.

  • There may be a slight redness that typically resolves within a few hours following the treatment. Some patients may have slight swelling, tingling, or tenderness to the touch, but these are mild and temporary in nature.

  • With Ultherapy, there is no downtime. After your procedure, you can resume your normal activities immediately, without having to follow any post-treatment measures.

  • The majority of patients only need one treatment; however, some may benefit from more than one treatment, depending on how much skin laxity they have and their body’s own biological response to the ultrasound and the collagen-building process. Follow-up Ultherapy treatments each year may help maintain results.

  • A good candidate for Ultherapy is someone with some degree of laxity, to the point of looking, and often feeling less firm. Loose skin under the neck and under the chin, or lines and wrinkles on the chest, are signals a patient might be a candidate. Typically, those in their 30s and older who have mild to moderate skin laxity are candidates.

While Ultherapy is not a replacement for a surgical facelift, there are many people who want some facial lifting but are not ready for surgery, whether mentally, physically, or financially. There also are younger people who want to "stay ahead of the game," as well as patients wanting an aesthetic maintenance option.

  • Pricing for an Ultherapy treatment can vary, depending upon the areas being treated. Treatment will be customized to meet each patient’s needs, and exact pricing can be discussed during consultation meetings.
