Booking Terms & Conditions.

Set out below are the terms on which The Lip Loft Aesthetics provides service to its clients.
Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatments with The Lip Loft.

 

Client Information

All clients are required to provide contact details including full name, phone number, and email in order to secure an appointment and provide necessary information for their appointment.

  • All clients must complete a Medical History form prior their appointment and on subsequent visits. This is necessary for the consultation and treatment plan.

  • All patients will receive a full and comprehensive consultation prior to treatment.

  • Patient information will not be shared with third parties and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.

Deposits

To secure an appointment with The Lip Loft you must provide your credit card information via our secure platform, however no deposit is required.

Our Aesthetic Consultations for skin care services are complimentary, however we do charge a fee for late cancellations.

Our Nurse Injector Consultations are $50, the consultation fee is redeemable for treatment performed on the SAME day. Should you not want to go ahead with the treatment or if you are unsuitable for the treatment the deposit fee is non refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. The more notice we have that you can't make the appointment the better the chance of someone else being able to make it.

The Lip Loft operates on a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or modify your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Cancellations outside the policy time will be charged at the cost of the treatment value or be deducted from the course of treatments. Cancellations can be made in person or by phone.

Late Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your appointment you must do so with at least 48hrs notice.

Due to high demand, there is a 48-hour rescheduling and cancellation policy.

  • Any rescheduled appointments within the 48-hour cancellation time period will be considered as a Late Cancellation. Please note: This Fee is non-transferable and will not be refunded.

  • Late Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to 50% of the appointment value, and up to 100% for No Shows and/or fail to advise us more than 1 hour prior to your appointment.

  • The cancellation fee is non-transferable and will not be refunded. Any cancellation fees must be paid before rescheduling.

  • We do not make exceptions for any reason including work conflicts, illness, lack of child care, traffic, car troubles, pet emergencies, family needs, Covid, delayed flights, ETC.

  • Appointments may be moved to an earlier time at no cost.

Late Appointment Changes

We encourage you to consolidate appointments and get your services at once, however if you wish to cancel partial services scheduled, you may be charged a fee for reserving unused time. For example, if you schedule for Botox & Fillers, and decide you do not want fillers, you may be charged for your appointment time.

Reminder Services

The Lip Loft does offer a reminder service by text and/or email as a courtesy prior to your appointment date. On rare occasions if we are away on holiday etc texts may not be able to be sent so please understand that ultimately it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fees.

Late Arrivals

We kindly request you to arrive on time for your appointment. We try our best to accommodate late arrivals however if you are 9 minutes late or more, your treatment may have to be rescheduled to another date. If the treatment has to be moved, the late cancellation fee will apply.

Refunds

Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;

  • consultation and assessment

  • provision of information and advice

  • safe treatment with evidence-based products

  • follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate

Whilst we aim to provide excellent service; factual, honest, and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands with the best products tailored to your consultation findings, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results are achieved fail to meet your expectations.

Policy on Children
& Young Persons

At The Lip Loft, our Front of House staff are neither trained nor insured to look after children, and we respectfully ask our clients to refrain from asking our receptionist to watch their children during treatments.

Courses of Treatments / Special Offers

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full at the first treatment. All treatment courses must be used within 18 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left unused after 18 months will be forfeited.

  • We do not offer any refunds on any packages. If you decide not to proceed with that particular service you may transfer the monetary equivalent to any of our other services at their normal price. Services already rendered will be deducted from the package price at their regular value.

Complaints Procedure

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our clinic.

  • If the unfortunate circumstance that you are not happy with a service, we would advise that you get in touch with us by email: theliploftmedford@gmail.com addressing it to the Clinic Manager.

  • We will endeavor to acknowledge receipt of your concerns within 24 hours.

  • We aim to resolve your concern in a timely manner and investigate your complaint honestly and diligently.

  • Once an investigation and summary of our findings have been completed, we will offer a conclusion with the next steps as appropriate.

Treatment Suitability
& Disclaimer

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.

We achieve significant results in many cases and strive to work with you to achieve the desired result. However, the client’s results may vary from person and thus results are not guaranteed. This varies according to biological makeup and response, diet, and lifestyle. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment program during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs.

Liability

The Lip Loft will not be liable in contract, tort, or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides The Lip Loft with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. The Lip Loft will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

  • The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, The Lip Loft regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit The Lip Loft liability for death or any personal injury resulting from The Lip Loft's negligence.
