SCULPTRA PLLA

A Poly Lactic Acid Bio Stimulator clinically shown to regenerate collagen, firm & improve skin quality, and soften signs of aging.

Sculptra PLLA

As a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) Bio-stimulator, Sculptra helps restore the deep, underlying structure of the skin to diminish facial wrinkles by revitalizing collagen production within the deep dermis. As Sculptra PLLA microparticles are absorbed, they help stimulate collagen production restoring your skin’s inner structure and volume.

Rebuilt collagen strands begin gradually helping to restore facial volume and the look of fullness to wrinkles and folds.

Largely used as an anti-aging injectable treatment, Sculptra helps to restore lost volume to the face, and body, as well as accelerate the production of collagen in the skin where collagen and elastin production has begun to deplete due to the normal process of aging..

At The Lip Loft, we are proud to have received hands on training with Galderma for Sculptra Aesthetic

  • You lose about 1% of collagen per year
Collagen is a fibrous protein in the deep dermis that gives skin structure and supports the functions of elastin and hyaluronic acid (HA), which helps maintain the skin's shape, while keeping it smooth and hydrated. A healthy supply of collagen makes for a more youthful-looking complexion

  • Sculptra is made with biocompatible, biodegradable, synthetic material called poly-L-lactic acid, which is gradually and naturally absorbed by the body and helps to rebuild lost collagen through a series of treatments
Over time, Sculptra helps the body reproduce lost collagen.1,2,4 The number of injection appointments and the number of injections per appointment vary from person to person, depending on how much collagen has been lost. On average, three injection appointments are needed over a period of a few months.

  • Sculptra is used to correct shallow to deep wrinkles and folds on the face. Sculptra is clinically approved for:

*Deep folds between the nose and mouth (nasolabial folds), also called “smile lines”
    *
Lines framing the mouth (marionette lines)

    *Chin wrinkles

  • Sculptra is designed to give you noticeable results that emerge gradually and can last up to two years. Don’t be disappointed if you don’t see immediate results. A few days after treatment, you may look as you did before treatment. This is normal and temporary. The Sculptra regimen delivers its full effects with an average of three treatment sessions over the course of a few months. Because results happen gradually, you’ll see subtle, yet noticeable, results in the reduction of facial wrinkles and folds by comparing images before treatment and a couple months following treatment.

  • Cold pack
A cold pack or ice pack will help reduce any common swelling. Within the first 24 hours of treatment, apply a cloth-wrapped cold pack to the treated area for a few minutes at a time. Never apply ice directly to the skin.

    Facial massage
Massage the treated area for five minutes five times a day for five days after treatment, as outlined during your treatment

    Avoid sunlight
After treatment, excessive sunlight and UV lamp exposure should be avoided until any initial swelling and redness go away.
